   Go around Florida + 300 nm
   Lake Champlain / St Lawrence + 200 nm
   Welland Canal and Lakes Erie and Huron  + 200 nm
   Mississippi River to New Orleans - 100 nm **

In addition Remedy did 1810 nm of side trips
These were:
    920 nm  from Seabrook, TX to Mobile, AL and back
    390 nm on a side trip to Marathon in Florida Keys
    240 nm on the side trip to Washington DC
    160 nm side trip up Long Island Sound

Most of the Loop is inland waters. Exceptions:
    130 nm Carrabelle to Clearwater FL - Gulf of Mexico
    90 nm New Jersey Coast - Atlantic Ocean
    400 nm - Open waters in Great Lakes
    200 nm - Large Bays and Sounds

Short Loop has 105 Locks + 12 for Louisiana
