A place where Fish and Aquatic creatures breed and get started..
A place where Aquatic plants Grow....
A Marsh, a Bog, A Swamp, a shoreline with Shallow water.

What is a Riperian Wetland ?
A Poor Drainage land with a permanent wet spot that grows frogs and mosquitoes...

Are More wetlands needed?  Can you ever have enough wetlands?

The Google Earth Chart below Shows Fifteen Areas of  Seabrook where Wetlands have been Found.
This does not mean that these outlined areas are wetlands... It just means you can find wetlands there.
The wetlands areas are for the most part Undeveloped Land or Developed land that is bordered by streams
or tidal water.  The Names were assigned to correspond with local place names and have no legal connotation.
It is noted that these ares cover about half of the City of Seabrook.   Chances are: there is a wetland near you.
