Clear Lake has Two Sites
Blue Dolphin Marina
Description Blue Dolpnin Marina is Owned by Seabrook Land Company. The Area between 146 and the marina Uplands is being developed as a Sailboat Marina on Fixed Piers and Boardwalks above the Wetlands Marshes. Efforts have been made to preserve the existing wetlands and some mitigation planting has been done in the North East quadrant. The total area covered by the Yacht Basin and the Wetlands is roughly 40 acres. Of this area there are about 6 acres of wetland marshes are around the fringe.

Endeavour Marina
Description: Endeavour Marina has a heavily erroded shoreline which is protected by a porous barrier of broken concrete in Metal Baskets.Behind the Barrier there is an attractive and productive wetland marsh.The property is quite valuable and is slated for Multi use development..The Fate of the wetlands is uncertain.
There is roughly one acre of wetland between the barrier and the shoreline.
